Dr. W. Cully Hession
Dr. Hession is a Professor at Virginia Tech in the Biological Systems Engineering department. In 1995, obtained a Ph.D. in Bio-systems Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Earned a M.S. in Agricultural Engineering in 1988 and a B.S. in Agriculutral Engineering in 1984 from Virginia Tech. Currently, Dr. Hession is head of the StREAM Lab, which implements monitoring systems in Stroubles Creek, improves the water quality, and develops an outreach program for young students. |
Dr. Durelle Scott
Dr. Scott is an Associate Professor at Virginia Tech. In 1996, 1997, and 2001, he received a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D.,respectively, in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dr. Scott created Scott Lab to study and research hydroecology and watershed engineering. The purpose of this lab is to improve water resource quality through research and stream/wetland restoration. Laura Lehmann Laura is the Environmental/Agricultural Research Manager. She is in charge of the Biological Systems Engineering labs, including Introduction into Biological Systems and Non-Point Source. Also, she helps will different research. Laura is lab manager for the StREAM Lab, which improved Stroubles Creek water quality. |
